Completing your profile helps you get the most out of Vault, and could help you get seen by top employers. You must be logged in to your Vault account in order to complete your profile. To check percent completion for your profile, see the "Your Profile" bar at the top right of the My Profile page.
To make your profile viewable to employers and recruiters, be sure to select the "Make My Profile Viewable to Employers and Recruiters" checkbox, and then click the Save Changes button.
To complete your profile:
- Click the arrow to the right of "My Vault" on the header bar to display the myVault drop-down menu. (You must be logged in; if you are not logged in, you will not see "My Vault" on the header bar.)
- In the myVault drop-down menu, select My Profile.
- To edit the About Me section
- Click the pencil to the right of "About Me."
- In the pop-up, edit the information, and then click the Save button.
- If you would like to make your profile viewable to employers and recruiters, select the "Make My Profile Viewable to Employers and Recruiters" checkbox, and then click the Save Changes button.
- To add Professional Experience:
- Click the "Add a Position" link.
- In the pop-up, enter information about the position, and then click the Save button.
- To add Educational Background:
- Click the "Add a School" link.
- In the pop-up, enter information about the school, and then click the Save button.
- To add Accomplishments, Skills, and Interests:
- Click the "Add Accomplishments, Skills, or Interests" link.
- In the pop-up, enter accomplishments, skills, and interests in the applicable fields, and then click the Save button.
