How do I update my account information (e.g., change my name or password)?


You must be logged in to your Vault account in order to update account information.

To update your account information:

  1. Click the arrow to the right of "My Vault" on the header bar to display the myVault drop-down menu. (You must be logged in to see "My Vault" on the header bar.)
  2. In the myVault drop-down menu, select "My Account".
  3. On the My Account screen, click the pencil to the right of "Account Settings and Login."
  4. In the pop-up, edit your account settings, and then click the Save button.
    Note: You cannot edit the email address associated with your Vault account.
  5. To change your password:
    • Click the pencil to the right of "Password."
    • On the Change Password page, enter your old password, and then enter and confirm your new password.
      Note: Passwords are case sensitive, must be 4-128 characters, and can contain letters, numbers, and symbols.
    • Click the Save Changes button.
