Chrome Guidebook Viewing Issue

Please follow the steps below if you see text via guidebooks that states "Error occurring while accessing the file. Go back to bookshelf"

1. Open the Chrome browser.
2. Go to "Settings".
3. Navigate to "Privacy and security".
4. Select "Allow third-party cookies".
5. Once done, close the browser completely.
6. Reopen the browser and check if you are still facing the issue to access the content.
